After years of working behind a desk in government, law offices, and business settings, I felt like I needed a change. Over a decade of experience as a triathlete taught me how important it was to keep my body healthy and my mind focused. Integrating this balance into my life had brought so many benefits to my health and outlook, so I began imagining a career that where I could do the same for others and make a direct and positive impact on people’s overall well-being.
Massage therapy allows me to work one-on-one with my clients, using bodywork techniques to relieve tension and ease pain. As it turns out, an analytical, process-oriented mind can be an asset for identifying problem areas and applying the right technique for relief. Instead of navigating rules or balancing budgets, I now help people feel more relaxed and less stressed.
I graduated from The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in July 2019 and became a licensed massage therapist the following month. In addition to my core massage training, I’ve received training in deep tissue, sports massage, chair massage, and massage therapy for cancer patients.
After working part-time at various practices around Austin, I’m excited to offer my own services and create a space where clients can truly unwind.
My regular clients come to me for chronic pain, weekly relief from "tech neck" or simply for a moment of relaxation. I take pride in tailoring each massage session to meet my clients' needs, preferences, and mood. I like nothing better than ending my day with a client telling me it was the best massage they’ve ever had. Hearing that I have "magic hands" is what makes this work so rewarding.
It’s my goal to help each client feel their best, and I look forward to welcoming you to a session soon!
